Basketball Equipment
Basketball was created by Canadian Dr. James Naismith in 1891. Today, basketball is a multi-billion industry, as well as a sport enjoyed by millions of people around the world. Basketball is a sport that builds endurance, agility, and develops hand-eye coordination. There are two main objectives in the game; an offensive (shoot the ball through your opponent's net), and a defensive (stop your opponent from doing the same).

There is not much sports equipment needed to play basketball. At the very basic level, all you need is a ball. More advanced levels, such as organized or professional basketball, require more attention to equipment such as attire, footwear, etc. All the same, when buying even the most basic basketball equipment, there are quite a few options available to you.
